1 General Terms

abd8 is an online casino and betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions serve as a legal agreement between abd8 and its users.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. Using any service on the abd8 platform means you fully agree to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and use services on the abd8 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Only one account per person is allowed. If the same person creates multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Your account password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• abd8 may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process at any time.
• If registration is done with false information, the account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the abd8 platform:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only your own mobile banking account may be used to make a deposit.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile number that was used at the time of deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• abd8 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in the case of suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

abd8 offers attractive bonus deals for its players. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirement

• A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳30,000 in bets.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• A bonus applies only once per person, per device, or per IP address.
• abd8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

5 Gaming Rules

Casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting services are available on the abd8 platform. Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game.

• abd8 follows a fair play policy — the outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault or disconnection, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Using any software or script during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• The final decision on bet acceptance and payment in sports betting rests with abd8.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• abd8 reserves the right to remove or modify any game or market at any time.

6 VIP Program

abd8's VIP program has four tiers, where regular players receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

By playing regularly and actively, players can advance to higher VIP tiers. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority support.

• Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week.
• The final decision on VIP tier assignment rests with abd8.
• VIP tier status may be reviewed if an account remains inactive for an extended period.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable.

7 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

abd8 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing a false identity or false information.
• If suspicious or illegal activity is observed.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).

11 Limitation of Liability
